We deliver Free to Essex, North Kent, South Suffolk, East London, West Herts, South Cambs. In other regions a charge may apply.

FREE delivery on Fridays.

FREE delivery Locally.

FREE delivery to any reasonable distance.

FREE delivery in other regions for all spends exceeding £500.00.

FREE delivery on days other than Fridays by prior arrangement only. In some circumstances a charge may apply.

STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS

Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed we will either call or email you to arrange a delivery date and time.

At The Pine Factory Warehouse we aim to provide an excellent delivery service, to enable us to provide you with the best service, please be aware of the following:

Please inform us of things that may affect our ability to complete the delivery, such as, if you live in a flat, what floor are you on. do you live down an un made road etc.

Due to health and safety requirements our delivery staff wear steel toe caped boots so please ensure your carpets are suitably protected. We will need reasonable access to the point of delivery, please clear our route of all obstacles before we arrive.
